Payment

Payment in UK Sterling by Pay Pal or cheque. Cheques to be made payable to Victoria Manser. Please do not send cash through the post. 50% deposit required to secure order. Payment in full is required on receipt of portrait if delivered personally, or prior to posting if otherwise. Please note that travel expenses are non refundable.

Completion Times

Portraits will take approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of photographs to delivery. However this can vary due to workload, especially during the run up to Christmas, and the completion date will be agreed in advance at the time you place your order.

Delivery

For those living near enough, I will deliver the portrait personally. Otherwise, portraits will be posted Royal Mail Special Delivery and are covered against loss or damage whilst in transit. For overseas customers, postage costs will be quoted for on an individual basis.

Copyright

Artwork is commissioned for personal use only and may not be used for financial gain. I retain full reproductive rights on all my work. This does not prevent you from selling the artwork, it simply means that you cannot reproduce the portrait (e.g. to sell as a greetings card or a poster) without my specific, written permission.

Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and in upholding my reputation as an artist, I guarantee to produce a likeness of your animal. To this end, I will email copies of the portrait for your approval prior to posting to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the finished result and to avoid disappointment. In the unlikely event that the portrait does not meet your requirements, I will refund your payment in full, upon return of the undamaged portrait. In order to comply with this guarantee I must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the portrait of your intention, and the portrait must be returned within 14 days. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
